NOW ACCEPTING VENDORS!
Accepting craft vendors with handmade items, antique or flea market items, soaps, country décor, primitives, just to name a few. Also seeking food vendors with desserts, fudge, candies, cheeses, snacks, and more! We are doing an "All Things Fall" theme this year and invite YOU to be a vendor at our festival. A wining, dining, and shopping experience that you will want to be a part of! Lots of fun items and delicious food for our guests to purchase and enjoy!

Make sure to let us know what your business name is and what you are interested in bringing to the event! We also ask that you attach a few pictures of the items you make/will be bringing to the show.
Once you have been accepted as a vendor, we will direct you to a form that will specify all of the event's information including booth fees and vendor regulations. Once you have filled out this form and have submitted your booth fee payment, you will be welcomed to the event!

-We are located in Saint James, Illinois. If you Google "Saint James, Illinois" you should find us.
-This event is not a pet-friendly event.
-Children are allowed at the festival, however they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please keep in mind that this is not a kid-friendly atmosphere.
-Children 12 and under are free.
-We are a handicap accessible facility! Our barn and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. However, some of the festival will also be held in our four-acre yard and may not be considered wheelchair accessible.
-We have plenty of seating, but we encourage guests to bring lawn chairs if they find it necessary!
-No one is to trifle with the fountain or landscaping in any way. It is prohibited.
