Vendor Policies

  • This is a rain or shine event meaning we do not refund vendors, cancel or reschedule due to unfortunate weather. Because Summer Breeze expends substantial sums of money in preparation of the event (including advertising your business), refunds of booth fees and deposits will not be made if you choose not to attend in whole or in part by rain or storms.

  • Limited/staff approved merchandise MLM vendors will be accepted (Mary Kay, Avon, Plexus, Pink Zebra, etc.).

  • Our booth size is 12'x12' for $25. You can purchase additional booths if you need more space. Both weekend is $40

  • Electricity to your booth is an additional $10. Please provide your own extension cord to reach the electrical outlet. And also let us know in the special requests section if you will need electricity.

  • Food vendors are $50 (food vendor price includes electricity and trash).

  • Your items and booth must be displayed until 3 p.m. *The festival is not over until 4 p.m. and you are more than welcome to stay until then.*

  • Driving on the grass is prohibited due to the fact that we are a wedding venue.

  • We do not have wifi. Please use your smartphone

  • Someone must be attending your booth at all times.

  • There are no refunds.

  • You may set up as early as 8 a.m. the day of the event. Set-up must be completed by 11:00 a.m.

  • We also have public restrooms.

  • After unloading your vehicle, you will be required to move your vehicle to the vendor parking area. This is to allow the guests to have the best parking experience.

  • All booths are outside. Please plan accordingly (tent and lawn chairs suggested)
